Drills by Difficulty
The difficulty meter provides an indicator for how easy or difficult it is for players to grasp and execute a given drill during a basketball practice.
This is meant to give coaches an quick idea for how difficult it will be to explain the parameters of the drill, as well as, how difficult it is for players to execute the actual techniques. For instance, a slam dunk drill might be easy to explain, but hard to actually pull off for any non-professional team, so it will be assigned an “advanced” difficulty.
