Technique Description:
Basketball is a team game. One of the best ways to get your teammates open is to set picks for them to make it harder for the defense to guard them. Not only can you set picks for the ball handler, but you can also set off ball picks to help other teammates get open for a pass that can lead to a basket. Learning how to properly set picks can pay dividends for your offensive production. Not only is it an important offensive tactic but setting picks for each other also builds good team chemistry.
